— CONCEPT

Pride and Soul named
'Osaka Cuisine'

"Cuisine d'Osaka Ryo Osaka Honten" - "Cuisine d'Osaka" literally means "Osaka Cuisine." Kushiage, born and nurtured in the streets of Osaka, is not just a local specialty; it is the soul of Osaka itself.

We combine this Osaka soul of Kushiage with Japanese cuisine delicately infused with traditional "Dashi" (broth). In the quiet of Nishi-Tenma, we offer "Modern Osaka Cuisine" crafted with masterful techniques and locally sourced ingredients, such as Izumisano Inunaki Pork and traditional Naniwa vegetables.

— ABOUT OUR KUSHIAGE

The Essence of Our Kushiage

A "Complete Dish"

We do not consider a single skewer as just "fried food." It is a "complete dish" infused with the techniques of Japanese cuisine, from the base sauces to the precision of heat control.

Unique Flavors for Every Skewer

If you enjoy 10 skewers, each will be served with a different seasoning and one of our 10 types of sauces. Every skewer is a masterpiece by the owner, who has devoted 16 years to this craft. Please come find your favorite.

Resonance with Wine

Our preferred way for you to enjoy Kushiage is with wine. Our sommelier serves carefully selected wines at their peak. Many guests are surprised and delighted by how perfectly Kushiage pairs with wine.
